About Krystal Lathrop Transaction Manager
Born and raised in the desert, I have spent nearly my entire life here. We made two significant attempts to try something new. I spent a few years in Columbus, Georgia, during my husband’s time in the U.S. Army. Afterward, we moved back. Later, we relocated just 45 minutes away to Cherry Valley for his job with CAL FIRE, but a few years later, we returned again. There is just something about our postcard desert, beyond the weather, golf, and luxury living, that pulls everyone back and attracts new people.
My husband, Matt, and I have known each other since I was 14, and we have two beautiful children. Our daughter, Lily, will be 18 this year and attends LQHS, my alma mater. She plays Varsity Water Polo and Swimming for the school and has lettered in both sports, including academics! Our son, Spencer, is 14 and attends John Glenn. He is a budding hockey star and plays for our local team here in the desert as a Jr. Firebird!
We also have two pups: a Pomsky named Skylar and a Mini Australian Shepherd named Maverick. (Top Gun is my all-time favorite movie. I almost named Skylar "Goose"!) It wasn’t until COVID that I was able to truly branch out on my own and start our company.
